This home extension utlized an existing garage along with a second floor extension to create a kitchen diner, two new bedrooms with en-suite.

The original garage was also retained.

The look of the original building was maintained by the careful use of reclaimed tiles to match those already in place on the existing roof.

This attention to detail also extended to the outside render which was painstakingly mixed to match the original shades.

All plumbing, wiring and central heating work was undertaken during the re-modeling to ensure a seamless finish both inside and out.

This extension increased the overall floor space of the house, creating extra rooms, but retaining the look, feel and period attraction of the original property.
